R-ONE
BEFORE
The standard version of the 08L machine has a lath storage that allows the operator to insert laths into the machine one by one. The process is then manual, controlled and managed by the operator.
AFTER
The R-One Robot, which retrieves one laths at a time, makes it possible to eliminate many hours of manual labor previously required by operators who had to load the laths one by one into the compartmentalized warehouse.
R-LAYER
BEFORE
The standard version of the 08L machine has a lath warehouse for up to 10 different lath sizes. The process is therefore manual, controlled and managed by the operator.
AFTER
The R-Layer Robot version picks up an entire layer of laths instead of a single one allowing for a much smaller footprint for laths storage warehouses.
